1968 P & O Lines Ltd. & Ocean Transport & Trading Ltd. (Panocean Shipping & Terminals Ltd.), London, UK formed.1970 P&O Bulk Shipping Division, took over Trident Tankers, Hain-Nourse, Associated Bulk Carriers, Panocean and Mundo Gas. August 1971 P&O Bulk Shipping elements merged as one. 1972 Athel Line ( Tate & Lyle ) took over the whole of the Anco shareholding.1973 The Anco company became wholly owned by Tate & Lyle.1976 P&O Bulk Shipping took control of Tate & Lyle’s Anco,becoming Panocean Anco. 1982 The tanker company of Stolt-Nielsen was re-established at Cos Cob, Connecticut.
Stolt Tankers Joint Service was established, following an agreement under which
Stolt-Nielsen marketed the 11 ships of the Panocean Anco fleet.

ANCO ENDEAVOUR, ANCO ENERGIE, ANCO ENTENTE,
