Company Sergeant-Major. Originally awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal but this was cancelled and replaced with the Victoria Cross (gazette issue 36690 page 4157 dated 05/09/1944). WO2 Wright took the DCM with him when attending his Victoria Cross investiture but was not asked to return it so he kept it.
