The upper picture was taken before the attack, the lower picture afterwards. The numbers correspond and direct attention to what happened in the interval. 1, Warehouse shed at the N.W. end of the Franzius Quay in Hafen A destroyed 2, Eight bays of warehouse shed on the Marcus Quay of Hafen B destroyed 3, Warehouse shed on the Buff Quay of Hafen A destroyed 4, Buildings damaged at the oil refinery on the Hansa Quay in the Holtz und Fabriken Hafen 5, Four large bays and two smaller buildings extensively damaged near the coal store and power station east of Hafen B 6, Large shed near the petrol refinery on the Franzius Quay destroyed 7, Considerable damage within the area of the Atlas Werke A.G. shipyard on the north bank of the Weser: 8. Harbour office and power station at the east end of Hafen A destroyed.
