THE LANDS IN THAILAND OCCUPIED AS COMMONWEALTH WAR CEMETERIES WERE GENEROUSLY PROVIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF THAILAND UNDER THE TERMS OE A WAR GRAVES AGREEMENT SIGNED AT BANGKOK ON 24th AUGUST 1954 BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OE THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND AUSTRALIA AND INDIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THAILAND. The particulars given in the registers of the War Dead have been compiled from information furnished by the Records Offices concerned and by the next-of-kin.
