Officer and C.A.H.T. and S.A.N.L.C.) ---10 Indian Army --------3 Womens Royal Air Force-- 2 Merchant Navy -------2 Australian Munition and War Workers- 2 Queen Alexandras Imperial Military Nursing Service- 1 Royal Australian Navy ------1 French Army --------1 French Merchant Navy ------1 Admiralty Dockyard employee -----1 Unidentified British seaman -----1 German civilian internee ------1 Of the British soldiers 83 belonged to battalions of the Hampshire Regiment or to other county units. The Registers are arranged under the Boroughs and Urban and Rural Districts in which the Cemeteries and Churchyards are situated. They record particulars of 1249 War Graves and also of two soldiers whose graves are not known.
