She is 329 oft. in. in length, 33 ft. 0 in. beam, and 19 ft. 3 in. in depth, with a standard displacement of 1,390 tons and a speed of about 35.5 knots. The main armament consists of four 4.7 inch guns, one 3 inch H.A. gun, two 2-pounder pom-pom guns and two sets of 21 inch quadruple torpedo tubes. Director fire control is fitted. The main propelling machinery consists of twin-screw single reduction geared turbines of about 36,000 S.H.P., having steam supplied from three water-tube boilers working at 300 lbs. per square inch working pressure and employing superheat.
