Forces War Records recently went to the National Archives, Kew to study some of the Telegrams sent just before the start of the Great War.           

We will be posting the transcription of the telegrams as they happened 100 years ago.

     C in C China, Amoy and Hong Kong (102)                                                                                         




You can enter into communications with the French Senior Officer on your station for combined action in case Great Britain should decide to become ally of France against Germany.

Situation very critical.

Be prepared to meet surprise attacks.
