The Station Armoury holds a far larger number of weapons than is usually found on a typical RAF Station. The station’s RAF Regiment Squadrons hold their own weapons while the Station Armoury holds weapons for Training Wing, GDT, Force Protection Centre, Air Cadets, the Joint CBRN Regiment and a number of smaller formations
