Added on 15/11/2010I think it was formed after the original conflict in 1960. I was stationed at RAF Kuwait New during 61/62.This was in fact the build in progress of the civilian airport. When the RAF was withdrawn we stockpiled many radar trucks in a Sheiks palace - through man made hole in the wall. They were left on marble floors. Some of us moved to the Hubara Club in Juwait Town for a while. I returned to Steamer Point in 1962. I think those that were left formed the basis of "Kuwait Liason Team".
