HMS Glendower

Dates: 1939 - 1946

Glwendoer: built in 1939 by Billy Butlin at Pen y Chain, Pwllheli, N. Wales with the intention of being a holiday camp after the war (assuming we won !) which it did. Purpose : as a training base for Seaman branch and DEMS gunners. Closed 1946.
