| 117 Military Government Detachment |
Added on 16/07/2010Main role was civil affairs known as the Civil Affairs Detachment in France Belgium Holland. Completed all manner of works with the civil authorities. When allied forces entered Germany it was known as Military Goverment, control of all civilians. Later the Control Commision Germany took over and the Det became known as C.C.G.
