HMS Osiris was an O-class submarine built by Vickers Armstrong at Barrow-in-Furness and commissioned on 25 Jan, 1929. Crew: 53.

3rd Submarine Flotilla

14-08-1940 - Torpedoed and sank the Italian steamship Leopardi.

16-08-1940 - Sank the Italian merchant Morea by gunfire.

22-09-1940 - Attacked a convoy and sank torpedo boat Palestro

14-07-1941 - Damaged the Italian merchant Capo d’Orso with torpedo and gunfire.

27-06-1943 - Sank the Italian sailing vessel Vittorina by gunfire .

De-commissioned in March 1945, HMS Osiris was scrapped in September 1946 at Durban.
