Earl of Mar’s Regiment

Dates: 1678 - 1751

Formed as a regiment in the Kingdom of Scotland before Union and taken onto the English establishment in 1689. Also known as O’Farrell’s Fusiliers, Scots Fusiliers and after 1713 Royal Regiment of North British Fusiliers.
