The HMS FARNDALE was a sole named Destroyer ship, which belonged to the Type II escort destroyers class of ships.

The ship had a displacement of 1050 Tons and was launched from the Swan Hunter shipyard, Newcastle upon Tyne on 30/09/1940.

The ship arrived at Blyth, Tyne for breaking up 29/11/1962.
