Dates: 1943 - 1945 The HMS EKINS was a sole named Destroyer ship, which belonged to the Captain Class Frigates (second group) - Ex US TE Class. The ship had a displacement of 1430 Tons and was launched from the Bethlehem shipyard, on 02/10/1943. The ship was on lend lease from the US Navy, it was badly damaged by mine on 16/04/1945 and returned to the US Navy in June 1945 it was later broken up in Dordrecht, Holland 1947.
