1935 converted to a white oil carrier for service in the Gulf of Suez and Aden area and was in that service for part of the war.
Relieved by Green Ranger and then resumed black oil duties serving at Scapa and Lerwick on Fleet Attendance duties.
After the war she was on station at Rosyth and the East Coast of Scotland. June 1958 sold to the British Iron & Steel Corporation for scrap.
