 Dates: 1973 - 1986 RFA Cherryleaf (A82) was a Leaf-class small fleet tanker of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary Launched: 16 October 1962 as OVERSEAS ADVENTURER Commissioned: February 1973 and renamed CHERRYLEAF - the 3rd ship to bear this name Decommissioned: 1980 and returned to her owners and name reverted to OVERSEAS ADVENTURER. Fate: Renamed PETROSTAR XV1 in 1981. Accommodation gutted by fire after Iranian missile attack on 5 April 1986. Laid up for disposal at Sharjah on 9 April 1986. Arrived Kaohsiung for demolition on 24 January 1987.
