Dates: 1976 - 1999 The H.M.S ORKNEY was a sole named PATROL VESSEL, which belonged to the ’Island Class offshore’ class of ships. The ship had a displacement of 925 Tons and was launched from the Hall Russell shipyard, on 29/06/1976. The ship was sold to Trinidad & Tobago Defence Forces in 10/2000 and re-named the NELSON .
