Dates: 1942 - 1957 The HMS EGGESFORD was a sole name Destroyer ship, which belonged to the Type III escort destroyers class of ships. The ship had a displacement of 1087 Tons and was launched from the White shipyard,Cowes on 12/09/1942. The ship was sold to the West German Navy in November 1957 it was Re-named BROMMY and later broken up in Germany 1979.
