(Selby, U.K.) : Amos & Smith Laid down :4 May, 1940 Launched : 2 Oct, 1940 Commissioned :6 Feb, 1941 Lost :5 May, 1945 Took part in the North Africa landings in November 1942 and the Sicily landings in July 1943. Mined and sunk in the Adriatic on 5 May 1945. The ship sank some six miles from Novigrad/Cittanova.
